James is someone that doesn’t just know bikes, but loves them. I take pride in my home mechanic skills, yet James is my ‘go to’ person for anything bike related. He knows his stuff very well!
He gives an honest opinion on parts and gives a very fair price, not needing to throw money at parts that don’t need it. He’s worked on pretty much every one of my bikes one way or another (from winter 10+ yr old mtb, to my Time Trial race bike).
As well as being a mechanic at uci cyclocross races, the British tour series, he’s been a mechanic for British Triathlon at our world championships and at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics
